Question PC Does not enter sleep mode

A few months ago I installed a new GPU along with a new power supply. Don't think its a coincidence but ever since I installed the new parts my pc has never been able to enter sleep mode. Instead, it just shuts down. And when it does shut down it does take a few minutes. Not 100% sure if its hardware related because sometimes the pc actually does enter sleep mode once in a blue moon.

Anyone have any recommendations on the issue?

PSU is the corsair rm1000x gold. CPU is i7 9700k, GPU is RTX 4080, RAM is 32gb TridentZ 3200mhz.

Did you ever happen to figure out the issue? I've been having the same problem and can't ever get responses on forums about it.

Not yet, made another thread today and someone said to change the sleep settings or power plans in control panel > options. So I will try and see if this works.

Dang, I've tried that without luck, but thank you for responding. I hope that solution works out in your case.
