[SOLVED] PC does not POST, CPU and DRAM flashing

Tried remotely everything.

• Bought new Mobo
• Bought new PSU
• Cleared CMOS
• Reseated everything

The debug CPU and DRAM LEDs are on in weird intervals. The DRAM light solid on, quickly switch to CPU, then go back. No display or ports working.

Try using a working gfx card your igpu might be disabled in the bios or probably faulty

That's doubtful, I can get the PC to start sometimes. Though the PC will entirely freeze and the reset button does not work.

I can possibly give it a shot but it's unlikely as to why

Take the cpu out and check the motherboard socket for bent/broken pins.
You may need a magnifying glass(there's a lot of pins packed together).
