I tried to add my old PCs 2 SSDs to my newer PC today and figured out that the new PC won't turn on at all if I plug the old SSDs in. I tried 2 different SATA power cables from my old PC and if I plug in the SSDs, even without plugging them into the MOBO, the PC will not turn on.

List specs of old and new systems including power supply.

Can't mix and match power cables from different power supplies, different pinouts etc. Your new computer is most likely detecting a short and preventing it from powering up. Fingers crossed haven't damaged the ssd. Only use cables belonging to whichever psu you're trying to connect with.

Upload a detailed photo of your SSD's PCB and I'll try to help you repair it, if you want your data. That's assuming that your misadventure with foreign PSU cables has applied 12V to the SSD's 5V input.

Oh I didn't know I thought all SATA cables were the same. I took ones from my old pc because my it looked like my new one doesn't have any inside it. I formatted the SSDs on the old PC before I took them out of it.

Those are quick pictures of my old and new PCUs and my SSDs. The detailed one is my old PSU and the other one is the newer one. If I need to take a picture of the details on the new one I'll do that later today.

New PSU im assuming is the Gigabyte 750GM? Did you buy it new or used? Sort out your cables, Gigabyte would have supplied all necessary cables.
