PC does not turn on

I have a problem...
My PC wont turn on, I press the power button and it lights up and fan starts spinning but then immediatly stops and turns of. Only way to get it to turn on again is to remove power cable but then it just does thr same thing again. I have changed cables, all cables are plugged in and I thinknit might be the PSU.
It's a EVGA Supernova 750G2 and an old Gigabyte 970 board..

i did, 1 stick of ram.. no differance.
remove drives, no change..
remove gpu, no change...
change powerbutton to reset, nothing...

ok we will try the front panel test unplug it from board and momentary touch the 2 pins with a little flat screwdriver to see if it start and stay on .

nothing... tried it earlier

then bring psu to a shop for test .
