Mobo: B450 tomahawk max
Cpu: Ryzen 5 3600
My dog knocked over my pc when i was asleep and now it no longer turns on, the computer was also off at the time. The power supply works as I've tested it with a paper clip, took the whole computer apart, reseated the cpu, and still the pc does not turn on. I'm thinking the issue is the motherboard but I'm not sure if it might be the cpu or both. Is the mobo able to turn on with a broken cpu or without one? If that's the case i'll assume the issue is the mobo, but when i google this i don't get a clear answer on this. Also, the mobo has 2 dark spots at the back of it, what would that be?
