PC Does nothing when powered on

Pc won't start when I have the cpu seated (nothing happens when I press the power button, no fans or lights), but it will turn on when I don't have the cpu in the socket or when I flip the lever up.

My build goes as following:
Ryzen 3 1300x
MSI b350 Tomahawk
Gtx 1050ti
G Skill Aegus 8gb
EVGA 600w 80+

Make sure you have the psu connected to the cpu power socket
