Hi guys, I hope y'all can help me. I just got a new mobo (B 550 F Gaming, label says it supports 5k Ryzens out of the box) a Ryzen 5 5600x and a new NZXT PSU 850 Watts gold certified paired with a RTX 3070. My RAM is 32 GB Corsair 3600mhz ( 2x16) And i have a 1tb M.2 and a 240gigs SATA SSD for my OS.

So I finished building my PC today, pushed the power button and it wouldn’t boot. Showed the EZ debug lights mentioned in the title. Tried another gpu that was working before (GTX 1070), tried unplugging my ssds, Tried resetting my RAM, checked every connection, but nothing. No matter what I do, DRAM blinks yellow, followed by a quick red CPU light and then it just goes to white VGA. Fans start spinning, my mobo lights up but my peripherals that are connected to the pc don’t light up (they usually do). My monitor turns on aprox 1 out of 12 times while booting, but no post or anything. it just turns on and says „no signal“. I don’t know what else to try. Sorry if you don’t understand everything, i’m not a native speaker

It is normal for the board lights sequence through on a boot so don't worry about that in and of itself. Be sure to give it plenty of time on a new build it can take several minutes to initially complete, Since the Video related LED is the last LED lit, you might try pulling the graphics card and using internal graphics.

Though not your issue atm, I would also suggest going with a clean windows install after it is booting. You also said you are using the SATA SSD for your OS. That will work of course, but for the snappiest performance including boot times, you might consider installing Windows on your faster NVME drive.

Yeah, i will definitely install a clean Windows, but i’m just waiting for my second NVME to arrive. The system has been running for around 10-15 minutes now, but still nothing happens. Peripherals don’t light up, my monitor doesn’t start, nothing.

The colors are irrelevant, they exist so you can tell them apart. The important thing is whether they stay on. If the VGA led stays on then that means that the GPU is not working, is not connected correctly or the PCI-e slot itself has a problem. If there is another PCI-e slot, try putting the GPU there. I don't know if the 5600X has internal graphics but if yes, you can try unplugging the GPU and see what happens.

Wow, sorry that nothing has worked so far. If you have re-seated the memory, tried two graphic cards, about the only thing left is making sure that the CPU and cooler are properly seated and installed. Oh yes, you could try making sure that you have the memory in the proper slots.

Try a single stick in the second slot from the CPU (DIMM B2). If no boot, remove that stick and try the other one in that same slot.

It sounds like you checked, but double check your PCIe power cables to the graphics card and the power connections to the motherboard. Is the graphics card also new?

Okay, thought they had a meaning. I tried using another slot, still. Nothing. Tried another HDMI cable and still the same issue. Sadly, my 5600x doesn’t have integrated graphics.

Yeah, the graphics card was used only for 2 weeks, got it from one of my friends who upgraded. It worked fine in my old rig ( like a week ago).
Tried it in B2, still same EZ lights and no output.
