[SOLVED] PC doesn’t boot up

The psu works fine but doesn’t power the motherboard, my friends psu worked fine on my motherboard, so I’m having trouble finding out why his worked and mine didn’t. I’ve used 2 of my own (had to buy a brand new one from Frys) 500w and 650w were mine, his was a 450w.

Specs:
Cpu: Ryzen 1200
Gpu-asrock phantom rx560
Psu- LEPA N500
Mobo- asrock Ab350m
Ram- ballistix sport LT 8gb ddr4 (4gbx2)

If he tested yours while the motherboard was out of the case, please also test yours while it is out of the case.
Sometimes a standoff is under the motherbd and shorting it out. We've also had users forget to put the standoff's in
