My PC:
core i7 4790
8 GB ram
1 TB HDD
GTX 1070 graphic card
H81-C Motherboard

My CPU fan was full of dust so I decided to clean it up.
I removed it, cleaned it, removed old thermal paste and put new one and closed it. It was a bit stuck but eventually it closed.
The thing is the PC wouldn't boot after that, the CPU and GPU fans work and I can hear the harddisk starting but nothing on the screen.
I removed the fan and checked the CPU and it was fine but I noticed the place where you put the CPU in the main board seems to have broken teeth but I'm not sure.
I attached a picture of it, so could you please tell me if it's broken and if so can it be fixed or I'll have to change it

If you're feeling adventurous you could try bending them back to how they were however you run the risk of snapping the pins (might as well if you're going to replace it otherwise) or damaging your CPU if you put it in and the pins are not correct.

Your call.

Other options for repair, if you don't mind taking the motherboard out of the case and no guarantees, a quality jewelry is used to working with tiny delicate pieces of gold plated metal.
