Pc doesnt boot. Bios looks broken

I was casually playing. Suddely my pc froze. The curser, the sound and the screen became white with stripes on it. After that i tried turning my pc off, no sucess. It eventually turned itself off when i booted it up i was getting a blank screen for a few seconds and then "Input not support" (yea. No ed) tried booting up to bios, got a really weird screen (screenshot) checked the gpu and the psu. Thet are both fine. Tried changing the bios battery no difference. Plugged in the motherboard speaker and got a normal beep indicating everything is alright. Any help would be appreciated.

How did you conclude that the GPU and PSU are fine? Because this does seem like a GPU issue, especially due to the white stripes you saw on the monitor.

I took them out and placed them into a different pc. Everything worked just fine. Screenshots i forgot to include:

Frankly, I don't know then. Such display issues are almost always either GPU or PSU. My next best guess would be the CPU, but I can't tell you for sure.
