Hi, these are my specs: (sorry for my bad english it is not my first language)

mb- asrock b450m pro4, P4.30
cpu- ryzen 3 3100
ram- corsair vengeance rgb pro, 16 gb, 3000mhz (i use them at 2166)
gpu-zotac rtx 2060
SSD Kingston A2000 500GB m.2
power supply- corsair cv550

So after i built the pc it worked as expected for 4 days and after that it didn't want to boot in windows, I tried with an usb with windows 10 still no chance. It gets stuck at the spinning circle and then restarts, the only thing I can boot in is the bios.

First I thought it was the motherboard and ram, i changed them and I had the same problem. I took out the gpu to see if the fans are still spinning at max when the pc restarts, still restarting.
Changed the ssd with a working hdd and the same problem appears, so it's not the mb, ram, ssd or gpu the only thing left is the cpu and I don't hear any beep when the pc restarts.
Do I have to send it in warranty or can I do something from bios?
Thank you.

I enabled XMP and cleared CMOS, still the same :(
Also after the CMOS clear I heard 4 beeps and after that I'm sent to bios and it doesn't recognize the ram.
If I start the pc and go straight to the bios it recognizes the ram.

Your motherboard has an AMI BIOS. See if this short article "Fixes for specific AMI beep code errors" helps you.
