Pc doesn't boot or display when i insert my (new and very first) graphics card

Hi,

My first homebuild pc boots perfectly but when i plug in my (very first and new) graphics card in, i gett no display or boot...but all the fans are spinning including the gpu-fans...

My specs: motherboard: ASROCK Anniversary
Graphics card: gigabyte-gv-n960g1-gaming-4gd
Cpu: intel core i5 4570
Ram: 4gb ddr3
Powersupply: cooler master rs 430 pcap (max: 400w)

Please help!!!

Yea, your PSU might not be strong enough to run your PC. Assuming that your new one doesn't fix the issue, ensure that you have the correct drivers installed.
