[SOLVED] Pc doesnt boot properly

Hello, recently when I've been booting up my pc, it has shown an _ at the top left of my monitor and it just stays like that forever untill I turn the pc off by holding down the power button. I'm not really sure what to do about it, and I'd appreciate all the help I can get here.

Specs:

GPU: RTX 2070 super
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800x
Motherboard: MSI MPG X570 Pro Carbon WIFI
RAM: G.Skill TridentZ NEO 2x16 GB
Storage: Samsung QVO 860 SSD 2TB, Kingston SSD 120 GB and an old Seagate HDD with 1TB of storage.

Any help is appreciated.

so it is not booting at all?
go to bios and check if the bios see the boot ssd

Yeah, I think so maybe. It doesnt get to the point where I can even access the BIOS though, so I dont really know what to do. It's the first thing that shows on my monitor, the little _ in the top left

Hello, so now I've just had the error again, and it is the VGA led that is lit on. As far as I can see it might be either the CPU or the GPU that is making this error, correct?
