Question PC doesn't boot with new RAM ?

The issue: I've just recently bought another 2x8gb Corsair vengeance lpx 3200 kit to add to my existing kit of the same specs. After installing it, I can't seem to get it working at the rated 3200mhz, only 2400

my specs:
MB: ROG Strix B450-f gaming II
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x at 3.7GHZ
I have 2 sets of 2x8gb Corsair vengeance lpx DDR43200mhz installed
(I'm aware that mixing kits might cause problems even though it's the same brand)
PSU: EVGA 650BQ
GPU: Radeon Rx 6600x

In the beginning, there was......BIOS Before you go ANY further, go to the manufacturer product page for your specific motherboard model AND revision. Revision is an important aspect because for any given motherboard there may be more than one version of that model which will be identified...

I dont have time rn k troubleshoot so I took the 2 new sticks out and tried to revert it to what I had before but now my PC keeps trying to automatically repair every time just to tell me that it couldn't and I can't boot at all now.
