PC Doesn't come w/ Full Audio Ports

Hi everyone,

I just recently bought a couple of Lenovo ThinkCentre M83's and they don't come with the full audio ports (line in/out/mic) , only speaker and mic ports. I'm wondering if there's some sort of external connector/adapter that would give me the full set of ports?

Aside from adding in your own soundcard, I can't think of any other solution.
