Question PC doesnt detect ethernet network

I have a 2 core am6 5400k, in the bios i tried to mofidy the number of cores that the system will use, once i changed to 1 core, and then going to 2 cores, the pc don't detect the network, i tried yo actívate it, but the changes don't save

Reset bios to default settings.
