Question Pc doesnt display anything until i remove rams

Hi

So there is a problem with my cousins pc , pc works fine after switching ram slots or just removing ram and putting it back in , then next time he tries turning it on it doesnt display anything , and he needs to switch rams or remove them again for it to work

Am not really sure what the problem here is , whether its a ram problem or maybe the slots?

Gigabyte z87p-d3
2 x 4 gb ddr3 ram
Rx 580 8gb
500w psu
only using two ram sticks , 4 gb each same kit

The power supply is a hexa+ 500w , not that great but it works
Am not really sure what brand or model the rams are

It may be a ram problem. Try using just one module. CPU-z can identify the part number.
