[SOLVED] PC doesn't last a week without restarting randomly - no matter the task

My PC has been restarting since I built it. I built it in January 2020. It can be good for days, but it never lasts a week without restarting. I've updated all the drivers. The cooling is great. The PC is clean. Recently, I had a blue screen, but I'm not that bothered by it because I had a lot of tasks going on before the blue screen. I had Zoom, Obs, Firefox, LibreOffice, Spotify, Discord, plus many more that I'm too lazy to type it. Guessing it's the power supply, but What can it be? How can I find out? What more information should I provide? Thanks.

AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
Gigabyte Radeon RX 5700 XT
G.SKILL Sniper X Series 16GB
EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G3 Power Supply - 80 PLUS Gold - 650W

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer. There may be some error codes, warnings, or even informational events that correspond to the blue screens.

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris. Ensure that all cards, connectors, RAM, and jumpers are all fully and firmly in place.
