pc doesnt post but all the fans are working

I really need ur help so here is the whole story
well like a mounth ago i take out the psu put in other pc and i put it back in its place
then pc dont boot
all fans are spinning but no display
when i took it to the shop they told me that the motherboard is bent and they cant fix it
i want to buy a new motherboard but what if the problem is from the cpu actally?
psu/ram/gpu: tested and its working

sounds like you were to rough with the motherboard. without more info, its hard to help you

my cpu is a core i3 4160 / gpu gtx 560ti / 8bg ram ddr3 / psu 500w dell
i tested the ram in my friends pc that has a socket 1151 and it worked fine
Can i know please if the its only the motherboard or both the notherboard and the cpu are dead?
