I don’t know what else can i do, i have tried each stick of ram sperately, reseated cpu, pluged everyting out and in again still nothing, the fans don’t even spin for a second when i turn it on.

Cpu: 7800x3d
Cpu cooler: Noctua nh-d15
Gpu: 5700 XT
Mobo: asrock x670e steel legend
Ram: 2x16 trident z5 neo ddr5 at 6000mhz cl30
Psu: corsair cx750 80+bronze non-modular from 2015/2016 it only has one 8-pin cpu connector while motherboard has 2x8-pin but from what i saw others say it souldn’t be a problem if i don’t do much overcloacking

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Your ram should be in slots A2 and B2. Try with one stick of ram in slot A2. Try with no storage drives. Try relieving the stress on the cooler mount on the CPU. Try without the discrete GPU.

I'd have invested in a new PSU for your build. You've spent about 1000USD on the rest, might as well spend about 100USD more to protect your investments.

Inspect the CPU's socket for any bent or broken pins.
