Pc doesn't power up.

My pc won't turn on. I tried 2 different graphics cards on 2 different motherboards and same thing. Could it be my psu? And if so how would I know? The motherboard still has the light come on.

See if a fan connected to it does spin.

To prevent confusion, are we talking about 2 completely separate motherboards?
The reason I ask is because your last statement is a little vague - "The motherboard still has the light come on". You mean BOTH motherboards still have a light come on?
The make and model of the PSU and both motherboards would help us.

I think its the processor. I just noticed a light brown tint under the processor near the corner. Is that from overheating?
