Pc doesn't recognise GPU

This morning when I turn on my pc the screen was just black. So I connect the vga cord to the standard vga graphic adapter which Im currently using. What do I do? Is my gpu broken? Everytime I connect the vga to my gpu the screen is just black.

Gpu: MSI gt 730
Cpu: intel pentium g630
Mobo: emaxx ih61lt-icafe

Apparently, yes. Graphics card, or power supply, I'd say.
