Hello all,
This is my first time posting here I hope I am using the right sub-topic forum.

My problem is all of a sudden my computer doesn't recognize my ethernet so I can not connect the internet.
In the morning everything was Ok. I just cleaned my video card and put it back and when I boot up I saw that I didn't have any connection.
Checked the device manager and saw no Realtek adapter (It was hidden)

I checked there is only blinking orange light, no green light.
When I unplug and plug it back there is a green light for a split second.

What I tried.
  • Can't install drivers doesn't recognize the port
  • Manually tried to install it, got error like "deep sleep mode" (PC is not in deep sleep checked in Bios)
  • Cleared CMOS
  • Removed Bios Battery and put it back
  • Updated Bios to the newest version.
  • Uninstalled the driver from Device manager (that was a mistake now I don't even see Realtek under network - no, not even under hidden. It was hidden in the first place when the error started.)
  • I got error code 35.
  • Checked multiple cables.
  • Directly connect the ISP's cable bypassed the router.
----
Any ideas?

My specs:
  • Mobo: AsRock x570m Pro4
  • Ryzen5 3600x
  • HIS R9 290x
  • 16x2 GSKILL RAM (3200Mhz)
  • Win 10
  • 750W PSU

Turn off your pc, unplug the cord, press the power button to drain off all current. Remove your gpu again and double check everything as you seat everything back in place. Then boot it and try again.
Hi Samir,

Thanks, but didn't work.
When I plugged the LAN cable in, I saw the green light for a second again but that was it.
