Few days ago I left my PC while I went out with friends. When I returned, monitor showed no signal so I assumed it went to sleep, but I couldnt "wake it" so I disabled power and went to sleep. Next day, upon starting it up, it still didnt "work", DVI no signal, keyboard doesnt appear to work, but I hear the fans. I changed GPU, same result, I changed PSU, same result. Then today I tried new Mobo (B360M-A) and a new CPU (i3-9100f) and it still didnt boot. I do not know what to do at this point.

Old specs:
i3-7100
2x4 GB RAM
B250M mobo
550W PSU
4x1 TB HDD
GTX 1050ti

New specs:
i3-9100f
2x4 GB RAM (same RAM)
B360M-A mobo
600W PSU
4X1 TB HDD (same HDD)
GTX 1050ti

Tl;dr even after changing CPU, PSU, Mobo and GPU, PC still wont display anything on monitor, keyboard "displays" (Caps Lock etc) dont light up.

You forgot to mention the make and models of pretty much all the components (except the CPU). Ideally you should include the make and model of the board, rams and the PSU.
Is it neccessary if all that stuff worked before. All of HDD's are green WesternDigitals, PSU is I dont know what model but fairly new. Mobo is B360M-A from Asus, and I lost RAM box
