When I shut down windows, the OS shuts down, the monitor shuts down, but the hardware keeps on having power. No HD LED activity. It just lingers there doing nothing. To fully shut down, I have to long press the power button. I let it hang there for a while to see what happens. When I got back in the room, it had rebooted to the windows login screen.
This happened after installing a new motherboard.
