Hi,

I have a pc hp pavilion and I did à stupid thing. I wanted to do a fresh install of my rtx 2060 to gain some fps in a game. I used a software to first Uninstall my gpu. The software recommends to be used in safe mode but I ran in it I normal mode because of hp stupid limitations access to the bios and the settings. So the software start to Uninstall my gpu, works fine, than pc restart and now... black screen pc wont start. The pc seems to be running but the screen is black. I dont even have an access to the bios.
Any idea ?

Have you tried to access the BIOS as your PC is booting? Usually you have to press Delete/F2/F12 (If I don't know I usually hold all these keys as the PC is booting and one of them does the job)
If you really cant get into the BIOS, I would do a CMOS Reset. You can search up how to do it, very simple.
If the issue is software, you can also take out your windows drive, back its data up using a different PC and then wipe it and re-install windows on it.

Gpu drivers don't get loaded until windows loads. What bios starts out with is vga.

Pull the gpu out, boot up. Unless you have a Ryzen, FX or Intel F cpu, the pc will default to igpu at POST.

Instead of bios, hit F8 to get into the advanced startup options.

If that doesn't work, and assuming you are running Windows10, boot then as soon as windiws starts loading, pull the plug, literally. Do that 3x and on the 4th boot it should automatically put you into Troubleshoot/Repair menu. From there goto safe mode and rerun the DDU.
