Bit of a weird one here :ROFLMAO:

Just built this PC for my brother:
MOBO: B450F GAMING ATX
PSU: 650W 80+ NZXT
GPU: 3060ti
CPU: 3700x
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz RAM

It works perfectly well, no crashes or BSOD... but it does not start in the morning.

It's winter here and about 8-13 celsius.

How do I know it's caused by low temperatures? = Yesterday was a sunny warm day and it started instantly first try.

To confirm this I heated the MOBO up with a blow dryer and it booted.

What could be the issue here? Condensation? Poor PSU Cables?

Me thinks it's the humidity. The humidity inside the case is higher than that of the room. Electronics don't like moisture. The hardware will stay off to prevent shorting until that moisture can dry up.
May need to invest in a dehumidifier to run overnight.
The case model was left out. Is it kept in a cabinet or other enclosed space?

'650w NZXT' is a bit broad. There's 8 of those listed here: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/power-supply/#m=94&A=650000000000
