Question PC doesn't Start - USB Adapter?

Hey Guys

So my MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon Motherboard broke down recently and I had to get a New one so i got the asus rog strix x570-e gaming . I unfortunately didn't check how many USB 3.0 Connectors it had (only one) so I got an adapter for USB 2.0 Adapter, since my Case (Coolermaster Cosmos C500 P) needs two USB 3.0 Connectors for the front Panel.

Now unfortunately the PC doesn't start up at all. The board itself does light up green when I turn on the Power Supply, but It doesn't start up the Pc itself. My guess would be, that I would need a Board with two USB 3.0 Connectors, which would suck.

Do you know if two connectors are necessesary for the PC to turn on? Here are all my Specs:

Case: Coolermaster C700 P
Motherboard: asus rog strix x570-e
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
RAM: HyperX Predator RGB 4 x8 GB, DDR4-2933, DIMM 288
GPU: Gigabyte AORUS GTX 3080

Wow im dumb...i forgot to connect the powercable. You can close the ticket^^
