Question PC doesnt turn off completly.

Hi, i do have Lenovo v530s, and recently i been messing with the hardware like trying to change cables etc, so the problem is when i turn the pc off, the GPU and CPU fans still running, please help me.

What does it do if you force shutoff your computer? (Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds). I'd also recommend looking at Method III on this site https://win10faq.com/windows-10-wont-shut-fix/
