pc doesnt turn on normally

hello, when i turn off the pc and leave it off for a couple hours, it wouldnt normally turn back on, when i press the power button, all fans except gpu fans start spinning, hdds start working but i get black screen. When i fiddle with the gpu cable (repluging it and restarting pc) it would turn on and work normally without problems. For some reason when i turn off and on with psu switch my leds in start shining even though the pc is off.
delta 400w oem psu
785gm-s3 mainboard
amd phenom x6 1055t
6gb ddr3 1333mhz

What you have indicated is most likely an issue with your PSU beginning to fail. Can you get your hands on another PSU to test and confirm before outlaying for the cost of a new PSU ?

Some motherboards retain a small amount of power even when switched off when charging, although given your system specs i would suggest the light is an indicator of when safety for touching the board after switching off power. Once the light goes out completely it should be safe to touch the motherboard and change/adjust components.

thank you ill try that, i realised i said led when i meant leds in my mouse.
