[SOLVED] PC doesn't turn on unless I switch PSU back and forth few times

So recently my PC doesn't want to turn on after pressing power button, no moving fans absolute silence. I haven't switched any components recently, checked the motherboard and I can't see nor feel any swollen parts.
Also checked frontpanel and other basic stuff. After I manage to turn it on it works like usual.
Specs:
i5-8600k
16GB RAM
GTX 970
MSI B360-APRO motheboard
Corsair CX 600W power supply (its like 6 years old at this point)

and there is your problem I'd wager.
Do you have another PSU for testing? swapping and testing will take just a few minutes.

I would consider replacing your power supply.
The Corsair CX600w units (green text on label) are rather poor quality, and age doesn't help.

What is your budget for a replacement?

Like 65 dollars? I would maybe give more for modular one

the new CX series from corsair with the grey label is MUCH improved over the green units, a different maker, different platform altogether better, so a new CX series is my budget suggestion

I used to have this problem twice ,1st time it’s was a bad MB and second time it’s was a bad PSU. But when the PSU problem, my fan run like a sec and ram light up. But when i have bad MB nothing happened at all.
