Question PC doesn't turn on unless I turn the PSU off and back on ?

Hey there,
I've been having the problem for a few months that my computer only turns on after turning off the power supply then turning it back on. It's as if it had to be unloaded first. I bought a new power supply, I thought mine might be broken, after changing it everything worked. A few months later the same thing started again, at some point it doesn't start at all. I switched to my old one again, which worked fine again for some reason. Now a few days ago it started again. I've tried rejecting hard drives and graphics card and I've also checked my case, but nothing seems to be the problem. It would be great if someone could help me.

Nvidia geforce rtx 2060 s
Bequiet straight Power 11 750/800W
Intel I7 (don't know which one exactly)

My thought being that the case power switch is defective.

Hey did you find a solution to this problem? I'm having some similar stuff and I'm gonna RMA my PSU probably but if it persists I'd be curious to know if you solved it.
