Question pc doesnt turn on

so i have a problem..when i have my psu outside the case my pc turns on (i have to cut the power for like 1minute and then power it again and then it turns on) so thats already the 1st problem..and when i have my psu in case that method doesnt even work

my psu is cooler master 650 mwe gold

Check the 24 pin cable connection, or the cable/connector might have a faulty contact.

Make sure all of the connections are properly seated. If you can pull out any of the PSU power cables without pressing the connection tabs, you need to re-connect them properly.

Any weird noises coming from the PSU, when the computer is trying to turn on? Have you tried a different PSU, to see if the motherboard is faulty?
