Question PC doesn't wake up from sleep

When my PC goes to sleep and I try to wake up, computer fans start spinning but nothing on monitor. Any tips?

SSD: Kingston A400 480gb
MB: ASUS M5A78L-LX3
CPU: AMD FX-6100
GPU: GeForce GTX 960

Doesn't help. Actually after that I had bad_config bsod and had to use these cmd prompt commands to get in:
bcdedit/deletevalue {default} numproc
bcdedit/deletevalue {default} truncatememory
