So I bought a TP link wireless WiFi adapter and I installed it with my power cable on but the PC wasn't on and when I installed it in after this my PC didn't want to turn pn. Maybe the psu, Motherboard , all the system burned? The adapter maybe was defective or what? Please answer me I need help my PC is expensive.

When you'll put the PSU back into the case, you'll also have to reseat all power connectors. Also try to turn the PC on by shorting the two pins on the MB. There should be a cable coming from the front of the case which is labeled PW Switch or Power SW and has a + and a - on it. Unplug that cable and short those two pins.
If that doesn't fix it, then you remove everything you don't need from the case, so that the only remaining components will be MB, CPU+cooler, RAM, GPU (only if you don't have integrated graphics). If still doesn't work, you'll have to test with a different MB.
