PC doesn't work?

I was out for a bit, I left my PC on. However, when I came back the PC was turned off. When I try to turn on my PC the PC makes long beep noises 7 times, and eveything in my pc is working but there is no video. It doesn't go in the BIOS and my peripherals are not lighting up.

PLEASE HELP!

Specs? Need the motherboard model so I can look up that beep code, or you could.
