Question Pc dont boot

Hi i tried to swap a ram for dif one and pc dont boot up i swaped back to old and still No boot i removed a CMOS battery already waited minute hold power button for 30 sec still No boot disc light Flash for a sec then Goes black and gpu fan stop spinning do u know what can be a problem and solution

2x4gb ram
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-H61M-S1 s.1155
Cpu intel i5-3470
gpu asus AMD rx570
