I guys i need help,
i have just built my new pc:

Mobo- msi pro z690-a
cpu: intel 13ª
ram: 2xtridentz 16g 3000mhz

So my pc dont boot he turn on but dont boot and i can see a red light (stays longer) from cpu alternating with orange led from DRAM (short time).
I already tried to check de cpu again and seem to be everything ok, tried with one RAM and only appears the red led. I dont know what can be and how to solve it.

Let's start with all the relevant specs. That means GPU and PSU information as well, and what the actual CPU is; there's no such CPU as an Intel 13ª.

Now, assuming it's some 13th generation Intel CPU (still provide the actual info though), what BIOS did you upgrade to? 600-series Intel motherboards were not manufactured with any knowledge of the 13th generation Intel CPUs (700-series motherboards were), so you would need to have updated the BIOS to use a 13th generation Intel CPU.

My bad my cpu is: Intel Core i7-13700 16-Core c/ Turbo 5.2GHz 30MB Skt1700 - BX8071
So you told that maybe i need to update the BIOS but how can i update? Important to tell that in the specifications of my mobo it sad that could support the gen 13ª

It does support 13th generation, but that doesn't mean that it supports it *out of the box*.

Your motherboard's support page will tell you at least what BIOS version you need.

Check the manual for your available procedures; I'm on my phone right now and I don't know off-hand if this board allows you to update BIOS without a compatible CPU.
