Pc don't start with a usb puggled in

hi guys i have a really serious problem, let me explain to you i wanted to install ubuntu but at the beginning i format the hard drive. i create a bootable usb but now that i plugged in the bios stop working and the bios worked only if i unplugged the usb. then there is the message you don't have a os. help me please

This isn't a windows 8 issue.

You simply discovered UEFI, and the motherboard is delegating startup to the OS on the disk, but there is no OS there it can use. You should just clear the cmos and access the boot options, and then select the usb drive directly.
