I have a ryzen 5 1600 and right now i have it overclocked to 3.9 ghz at 1.3v. When stressed it peaks at 65c. When i try to raise the voltage past this my pc downclocks itself to 1.7ghz. I dont really know why. My guess is its my motherboard not letting me go further to protect itself, not sure, im a noob to overclocking. Motherboard is GA-AX370M-DS3H. Hope somebody can help.

4 or 4.2ghz is actually wayy worth it comparing to stock just leave voltage on auto if u r not good with manual voltages (Edit: however adjusting the power phase load limit could prove useful)
