PC dramatically slow

For a start I upgraded from 3 GB's of R.A.M (Random Accessible Memory) to 6 GB's of R.A.M and I had windows 7 ultimate x86 but this couldn't handle 6 GB's of R.A.M so I did a fresh installation to windows 7 ultimate x64 bit and I installed all my GPU drivers that were needed (NOTE: My gpu is powerful enough for the PC It's a Geforce gt 520 2gb's GDDR3) and then Installed a new cpu fan (push pins, most annoying things to install) and everything was fine, and then I decided I'll upgrade from VGA to DVI and the next day my pc just suddenly went crazy my CPU was running at 100% all the time so I scanned for malware with a bunch of virus program's and still nothing, everything I try to do is just painfully slow I can't run anything not even something simple as Facebook game's, I would be so grateful if anyone could help fix this problem

look in task manager to see what process is using all of your cpu

post a screenshot of your task manager and i will tell you what to click and what to do.

on the "processes" tab, there should be a tick box with the words "show all processes" next to it, click that, then post another screenshot

at the bottom of the task manager is how much of your CPU is being used at that moment, the "system idle process" is just what windows gives any excess CPU to (making it seem like it is "hogging" the cpu)
i can see from your screenshot that your cpu usage is actually at 10% (in the photo)
maybe try going back to 3GB of ram and see how slow your computer is then ?
