[SOLVED] PC Drivers performing under expectations.

As the title states, on this benchmark my PC drivers is performing under expectations for some reason. What could be possible reasons for this, and is there anyway to fix it?

Your drive, not your driver is alleged to be performing below expectations. It is a spinning disk. Don't obsess about it. Don't give userbenchmark.com too much authority. There is nothing you can do to improve your spinning disk performance.
