Question PC Dust cleaning Question

After reading about Compressed Air Cans and Electric Air Blowers, I came across these:

Are these safe to use for Cleaning the Cabinet/ CPU components?

Thats...A leaf blower. No, unless you want your pc to fly in to the sky and meet elon muk's satellites. Use a can of aerosol, would work great.

I was thinking the same. How can a leaf blower be used as a PC cleaner.

But then, I read few reviews where the users said that they're indeed using these leaf blowers with adjustable speed settings, and use it on the lowest speed to blow the Dust away.

A leaf blower is inappropriate.
I got tired of using canned air and bought a datavac designed for the purpose:

Even then, the airstream is to powerful to use close up.
You have to be careful when using it and hold it some distance from your target.

I was looking at that Datavac too. Over here, that's costing around 300 USD. I guess that's pretty expensive.
