PC electric buzzing / turning off / heat

Hello! Can someone tell me what is going on with my pc... I have some heat problems and when I play some games it sometimes turns off and makes kinda electric buzz sound... So I was thinking that its because of the game that I play and I dont have minimum requirements but it still turns off sometimes when I just do regualar Internet surfing and stuff. I cleaned everything but it still happends... Anyway I want your honest opinion should I buy a new pc i bought this one 2-3 years ago... Thanks

Hey,
From what it sounds like it might be a heat problem. However if heat isn't a problem it might be something to do with your PSU, It might be unstable or not be supplying enough power to components.
