Question pc ends up in black screen

when i power it on at first it's like a normal boot wherein it shows my mobo's logo and then it shows loading and after that it's just black screen, i can access the bios but i dont know what to do, and i also tried this on different pc but it just shows the same thing

yep, same result but i also tried it with a different cable but still the same, right now im stuck in a black screen with a dash on the left side but there was one time wherein i got into windows logo and suddenly it showed inaccesible boot device
