PC entering in sleeping mode while I'm playing.

Hello guys! I hope you all had a great day. I have a problem with my PC and maybe someone of you will know the solution. While I'm playing some games like Overwatch and CSGO , after 10-15min my monitor stops running and says "Entering in Sleeping Mode" and my PC is still working.

My specifications :
Ram : 8GB DDR3
Graphic Card : Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB
CPU : Intel Core i5 3450K
Power Sourse : 400W
SSD : 128GB
