Question PC Ethernet connection dropping at random times, for 10 - 20 seconds each time.

Every time this happens, there's an Event ID 1014 in Windows Event Viewer. What is causing this?
Thank you for any help, I'm rather desperate.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition.

Have you tried another known working Ethernet cable?

Make and model router or modem/router if combined?

Thank you for your replies. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be a DNS issue.

It's a BTHub6 I am using. I just wanted to quickly add these screenshots in, to see if they ring any bells for someone much smarter than me. These are my BTHub6's technical logs.

I don't have another Ethernet cable to try at the moment, unfortunately.
Thanks for any info on this, I'm quite out of my depths trying to troubleshoot this.
