Fixes / tests:
- Disable fast startup
- Memory diagnostic test shows no error, even in event viewer
- Re-seat all connection in motherboard / PSU
- Windows has been reinstalled twice (complete reformat)
- GPU drivers are on the latest version.
- Thermal paste has been reapplied for both GPU and CPU
- CPU temperature is at 30-40 before bluescreen (haven't checked for blackscreen)
- PC experiences black screen then restarts while gaming. Whenever this happens, event viewer shows the same critical error: Event ID 41 (Kernel Event Power ID)
- PC also gets BSOD error (happens anytime - even when not gaming). BSOD code that's being shown is Kmode_Exception_Not_Handled. (Doesn't mention what driver is faulty on blue screen page)
