Hello,

Build:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz, Intel64 Family 6 Model 60 Stepping 3, CPU Count: 8 (New)
Total Physical RAM: 16 GB HyperX Fury DDR3 1600Mhz (New RAMs)
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960
Hard Drives: SSD: 240GB (Seagate Barracuda-SATA) SSD: 512 GB (XPG-NVMe; New)
Motherboard: Intel Corporation DB85FL, ver AAG89861-203 (BIOS can't be updated; Motherboard not supported anymore - New)
PSU: Deepcool 750watts 80+ Gold (New)

Fixes / tests:
  1. Disable fast startup
  2. Memory diagnostic test shows no error, even in event viewer
  3. Re-seat all connection in motherboard / PSU
  4. Windows has been reinstalled twice (complete reformat)
  5. GPU drivers are on the latest version.
  6. Thermal paste has been reapplied for both GPU and CPU
  7. CPU temperature is at 30-40 before bluescreen (haven't checked for blackscreen)

Errors encountered: (Issue has been happening for 2 months - mostly black screen because PC is used for gaming)
  1. PC experiences black screen then restarts while gaming. Whenever this happens, event viewer shows the same critical error: Event ID 41 (Kernel Event Power ID)
  2. PC also gets BSOD error (happens anytime - even when not gaming). BSOD code that's being shown is Kmode_Exception_Not_Handled. (Doesn't mention what driver is faulty on blue screen page)

Replaced most of the parts that could've caused the problem but it doesn't seem to fix anything. The past few days, it's mostly blue screen (happens very often, experienced 3 BSOD in 5 minutes). Can anyone please give advice on what else I need to do / check in order to figure out what the problem might be? Issue has been happening for 2 months and it has been happening constantly (at least 3 times per day and can even go up to 10 times a day). Also, could a single faulty component be causing both the problems?

Event viewer logs are as follows:
