PC Failing for no reason

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what's going on with my PC. I built it about 8 months back and has worked like a charm since. However, last week it started completely failing. The internet keeps cutting out every second to the point it's unusable, and downloads won't work. The graphics card does the same to the point where games are horridly choppy. The USB 3.0s and on-board graphics don't even work at all. I'm figuring it's the motherboard so I have it all taken apart and ready to return the mobo, but I want to make sure nobody else thinks it could be anything else. Any help is immensely appreciated.

Antec High Current Gamer 520 watt

Sounds like a faulty motherboard, RMA it, it's probably in warranty as it's under a year old unless you have tampered with it.
